In the past, when I've done a cook it was always with the same meat. I either did a couple of butts, or some chickens or a few racks of ribs, etc.
I'm thinking of doing some combo's and I'd like to avoid any serious problems so I came up with these questions: Is there any combination that should be avoided; should any one meat be started before another; and for the various combinations, which meat should be on the top rack? The meats I am asking about are butts, ribs, chix and brisket.
Thanks in advance.
