Foiling Ribs

When you go to foil ribs...do you stick all of them in one foil pack or wrap them individually?

Doing 2 full slabs cut in half of Spares tomorrow!! Thanks!
 
Individually. Most put them back in the cooker bone side down, but some recipes specify meat side down for the duration in foil.
 
I wrap them individually and tight so as to avoid too much of the steaming effect. I've always put the bone-side down and really have heard any discussion about it. Also, you can stack the ribs while they're wrapped and some people rotate the stacking about mid-way.

My impression of the meat side down recipes is that they are using fruit juices-- like pineapple-- to further tenderize and flavor the meat.
