Foiling a 22" Pan?

I'm wondering what is the best way to foil the water pan in a 22"? I've got some 18" foil...is that wide enough or is there wider?

Check with some local restaurant suppliers and get you some 24" HD foil. 18" is not wide enough, it can be done but you will have to foil at 90 deg in multiple layers to seal it over.

Take 2 pieces and lay one on top of the other. Make a 1/4 inch fold it along the long side. Refold it a few times and open it you will now have a piece that's about 34 inches wide with a water tight seam if you pressed it hard enough.

I generally use 18 in and put it on lilt a plus sign. Just be sure to seal it as best you can. So far nothing has leaked through to make a mess of the pan.

Used to do the 18" folding trick, but it still leaked pretty bad. Since then purchased a big roll of 24". Really works great. But very expensive - $100 for the roll. Should last a long time though. My wife is still p@#$ed at me for that purchase.
