Stainless Steel flav bars as thick of a gauge you can find will last a long time. The lower the number the thicker.

16 gauge is harder to find but will last the longest.

They are 16 ga stainless steel and 304SS (non-magnetic) You won't find them cheaper with 16 ga and 304SS.
