i grilled some flat irons and a few potatoes for myself tonight. they were a cheap cut so i let some kosher salt sit on them for a while before i grilled them. well i've had a few drinks tonight and decided to put some more salt on them after i rinsed them, and man were they salty... even after 5 or 6 beers i can still taste the salt in my mouth. hopefully i'll remember to not re salt them after the salt bath next time. sorry no photos, i'm just sitting outside in the garage enjoying the cool WI night.
