Marinated a flat iron steak in olive oil, soy, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic, basil, parsley, rosemary, and a pinch of cayenne.
Fresh out of a 26 hour soak.
4 minutes a side.
Came out pretty well. One portion had a bit of sinew running through it but its always a gamble with the cheap cuts. $7.49 for this one.
Plated with some sautéed mushrooms and vidalia in garlic butter and white wine and broccoli rabe in garlic and red pepper.
