Flank steak

I've come into possession of 8 whole cryo- vaced flank steaks! 67 lbs total , they are at least 2 1/2 years old & came from a closed down restaurant. The cryo bags are intact & it's always been frozen.
Any recs?
 
Not sure if there still good but we love em for fajitas along with chicken breast and fresh veggies all done on the grill!
 
Even Vac Packed I'd be wary. That's a long time to sit. Also,if you don't know the history (did the freezer go down in that time) you don't know what you have.
 
I have eaten venison that was stored in vac pac for over three years and it was fine. But, as others have said I knew that the meat was frozen the whole time.
 
since u dont know the history of the meat, its not worth chancing it. Food poisining sucks!!

You said it had always been frozen. If you know that, I would not be concerned about cooking the meat, if it looks and smells good when thawed and rinsed to cook.

Agreed. Like the public service announcements always said, 67 pounds of beef is a terrible thing to waste.
