Good afternoon all:
This even seems to me a really dumb question to ask but what the heck, I've done dumber things! I am planning on smoking a Father's Day turkey this weekend. To take full advantage of a fired-up WSM and since the top grate would be open, I thought I'd smoke some seafood e.g. salmon, etc. My intuition tells me that I am asking for 'fishy tasting' turkey. If anyone has done this before and can confirm or discount my suspensions, I'd be most appreciative.
