I am planning on smoking salmon some evening this week, and wonder if anyone has thrown on some chicken parts at the same time. Didn't know if the two would smoke well together or not.

Salmon is smoked at very low temps so I wouldn't recommend adding chicken at the same time.

Salmon can also be smoked at temps high enough to smoke chicken or grill steak. If you keep your temps just high enough it should be no problem at all. When in doubt, experiment.
