Tonight I did my first cook on my charcoal WGA. It was in the mid 30's and raining but I was on a screened in porch with iron table and concrete floor. I cooked 2 Prime Filets and 4 lamb loin chops. I started out indirect then spread out the coals and seared them up. They did come out excellent. My wife marinated the chops for a few hours and I dry brined my filets for a day with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder. Here are the pics.
