Hi guys. I just bought my smoker few days ago so I'm planning to smoke pork shoulder and baby back ribs same time this upcoming holiday weekend.I don't know anything about it. Please any advice on seasoning and temperature control and what should I put on the lower rack ribs or shoulder. Thanks for any advice
