Greetings all...
I just discovered this site a few weeks ago, and as someone with an extensive website myself(non-barbecue) I'm STUNNED by the quality and design of the site (kudos to Chris) AND by the quality of info on these boards. Congrats to all of you for that!

After finding TVWB while looking into the possibility of buying a smoker recently, the talk on the site inspired me to give my Weber Kettle a test-run really "smoking" something------in this case some spareribs.

Trust me...they tasted as good as they looked...and I owe it all to you folks! (And boy is my wife happy...)

<for those interested in such things, I was also going to post a technical question about managing temps in the Kettle on long cooks...to the Weber Kettle board---I'd love to hear any opinions.>

Thanks again, and happy smoking! (and grilling)
