Sunday was the first time I used my new smoker that I got for Christmas. I did a lot of research on the Virtual Webber website and decided to go with the whole chicken and a meatloaf. Used pork, veal, and hamburger for the mix in the meatloaf and used the recipe on this website. The chicken was rubbed with olive oil and coated with bone sucking rub. I started at 1:00 and was eating by 5:00. I was very pleased how well the smoker settled in at 225 and needed very little attention. I used Jack Daniels wood chips. The meal was great.
