First time using my Baking Steel for pizza

Homemade dough. Just sauce, onions, pepperoni and Mozzarella. The Baking Steel did a excellent job. Baked @ 350-400 on dome thermometer on Performer. Put weber grate directly over baskets with KingsFord Blue and some Lump mixed in. Good tasting pies...I made 2. So far used the Baking Steel for hamburgers (made a excellent crust on burgers) Brats and now the pies.
