well gotta report back that this was yummy. First - thanks very much for the advice given.
I let it sit in the cooler for about 2 hrs then pulled it around 8:30 AM and stuck it on a pan and into the fridge. for reheat i just added a little juice / liquid, kept it covered and into the oven at 300. took about 45 min and it was nice and hot and not at all dry. there may be different flavors / textures using a picnic / boston butt, shoulder, with or without bone, etc...i just don't have that kind of experience and knowledge (yet, hopefully). but i gotta say last nights dinner was a hit! even my wife who's just not a bbq / pulled pork fan couldn't stop eating. should have cooked more!
i made some homemade rolls and some deli slaw that i found on amazingribs.com deli slaw
and some beans grannies texas beans
and finally some nice vinegar sauce that i found here on the forum....wow. yummy doesn't come close. sorry i don't have plated pics or pics of the other stuff but i did manage to get a few of the meat...
can't wait to do this again. pulled pork
