Steven I used a 12 inch CIS and it work's great. Any other questions and I'll do my best to answer.

Thanks! I probably will have some more questions once I get my cast iron this Christmas, I can hardly wait! Those look great and I love me some huevos rancheros in the mornings!

Sorry Brian no holiday orders, I'm going to be doing my Christmas cookies and breads now. they have to get mailed off to the kids. Will share some of the goodies I bake later.
