First Smoke

Well, I got tired of my WSM sitting in my basement. So I took it outside and fired it up.
I'd previously picked up some Stubbs Charcoal.
I'd brined 4 turkey wings and an oven stuffer roaster for 7 hours. All I can say is wow.
 
The WSM is amazing as I'm sure you found out. I've had mine for a couple of months and still can't get over how well it cooks.
