I am smoking 4 slabs of St. Louis ribs today to start my journey mastering my WSM. I used the Minion method And have added 3 chunks of pecan wood. Rolled two slabs and put them on the bottom rack. I laid the other two on the top rack. I have been reading a lot on the forum so I hope they come out good. Any suggestions would be helpful. 2 slabs were marinated overnight in Dr. Pepper and the other two were smothered with mustard and rub was applied. I will post pics later. This is my first time smoking anything.
