First smoke with WSM 18.5

I am smoking 4 slabs of St. Louis ribs today to start my journey mastering my WSM. I used the Minion method And have added 3 chunks of pecan wood. Rolled two slabs and put them on the bottom rack. I laid the other two on the top rack. I have been reading a lot on the forum so I hope they come out good. Any suggestions would be helpful. 2 slabs were marinated overnight in Dr. Pepper and the other two were smothered with mustard and rub was applied. I will post pics later. This is my first time smoking anything.
 
Spritz them with apple juice or something like it on the hour every hour after 2 hours.
Start doing the pull test at 3 hours (pull two bones gently apart and see if they split easily). They probably won't be ready after 3 hrs depending on your temp but better safe than mushy. Eat them quick because they tend to disappear.

Thanks for the help James. I have attached pics. I marinated one slab with Dr.Pepper overnight and the other was just rub.

they look delicious great job for your first cook.

btw: could you taste the difference between the Dr Pepper and dry rub ribs?
