Roasted Chicken Rub

This seasoning for whole chicken is an herb and spice blend of paprika, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, and sage — the perfect rub for roast chicken.

Subbed celery seed for flakes and oregano for dried sage. Chicken was salt brined in the fridge so omitted salt from the recipe. Very light and flavorful bird. Rubbed under and atop the skin.
