Okay,after seeing Mr. Lampe's awesome RS chicken,I knew I had to try it! And,since split chicken breasts were on sale,it seemed like a sign!
I didn't marinate them,but here they are ready to go to the OTS.

I cooked them for about 40 minutes,basting every 5-10. This is near the end.

It was served with a potato gallette and some naan that I did on the Genesis.

As usual,there weren't any plated pics,but the recipe is a keeper! Although,I will marinate the yardbird next time.
