First Rib Tips

I did rib tips for the first time yesterday.

I cooked them at 250F for 2 hours, then foiled for 1 hour covered in squeeze butter, honey and brown sugar.
I then cut them into cubes, put in a foiled pan, with a little drippings, covered them in Sweet Baby Rays Vidalia Onion BBQ sauce and cooked for another 1/2 hour.

They were really good!
