first "real" stoker use

Got 38 pounds of boston butt on my large egg, stoker is stabilizing things as I type. I'm focusing on beer, about to get a jack n 7. I've got faith that the stoker will take care of things all night. Will post the results tomorrow. Fan just stabilized and is now in the on/off mode for short bursts...guess its time for that drink.
