First overnight cook on WSM


 
Well I have done multiple cooks on my WSM now I am ready to test it in an overnight cook, Have 2 pork butts on at 8 pm in the garage due to cold weather and snow and yes the door is half open one butt has my own rub and injested with apple cider and apple cider vinegar the other has Big Bob Gibson's dry BBQ spice, here is a picture of the beginning product

In the garage? I'm not sure how great of an idea that is, I'm not talking about the smoke here either.
 
You need to exhaust the smoke out of the garage, it's is harmful to life to breath that stuff.
The WSM will work in cold and snow, try to block the wind if any.

i took everyones advice and moved the WSM onto my deck whee it belongd when I went out to the garage there was alot of smoke..thanks for all the advice I wouldn't have wanted anyone to get hurt
