First HH brisket

I did my first HH brisket today, did it on the performer as it was only a 3.5 pound flat. It ended up taking just under 6 hours as my temp dropped a couple of times, I'm blaming it on the 25mph winds. Next time I'll use the WSM.

What temp were you cooking at? I'm supposed to have a "cookoff" against a friend with approximately 3 pound brisket flats, and I'll be using my 22.5" OTG (he'll be using a crock pot).
