I pretty much used the beginner recipe on the site but didn't make my own rub. I used http://allseasoning.com/rubs.htm the Mesquite rub. I also put some Stubb's BBQ sauce on the chicken about 15 minutes before it was done. It was really the best chicken I've ever made.
