Completed my first cook on the WSM 18.5. Did two butts using a modified Mr.Brown. I fired up the cooker at 11pm and it held a steady temparture with little to no adjusting for the entire cook on one load using the minion method. It actually held temparture for 21 hours. Will think about less fuel next time. I am a believer. This cooker is the best barbecue tool I have ever purchased.
