First brisket

I am cooking a 3lb. flat on my wsm. today. Any suggestions on cooking time and temp. to wrap.

I normally cook them at around 250. If I wrap then I wait till about 160 as long as the bark has set (I normally don't wrap). Sorry this is so late. hope it turned out great.

I guess I was lucky. It turned out great. Wrapped at 145 Took 6 hrs total.
