First Beer Can Chicken

Dear Board,

I did my first Beer Can Chicken tonight. I wasn't perfect, it needed a few more minutes on the OTG according to SWMBO, so I had to trudge back outside and give it a bit more time. The dog and I would have eaten it as it was, but once completed to her satisfaction it was very good.

I seasoned it with Zatarain's Creole Seasoning after painting it with olive oil. I used hickory chips for smoke. That was a very good combination.

The next one will be better!

Great job Tim! Now your hooked,...beer can chickens are so easy, juicy and delicious. Next up....you will get a rotisserie if you don't already have one :)
