First Attempt at Pressure Canning

I don't know about you but first experiences for me can be mentally stressful. That was especially the case during my first-ever pressure canning. On the first day, when I did an empty trial run, I bundled myself up and wore a face mask, lol. There will be no shared pics of that site. But during my first real run I was a tad more confident and only wore safety glasses (a childhood experience left me extremely paranoid about my eyes and I wear them at times when others think it's odd).

After all that stress and extra time of reading and re-reading, the oven did all the work for our simple pork loin dinner. It pales in comparison to @ChuckO's beauty. Initially, I wanted some Sauerkraut but I'm the only one who eats it so I didn't bother with it.
