Ok 7 lbs...11 1/2 hours to finish. Was extremely delicious. Finally mastered controlling the temps on my OTS also! Thanks for everyone's help.

Haha absolutely first time...especially when the temp froze at 170 forever and I started freaking out and had to hit the internet to make sure I didn't screw up :D

Gonna try a whole chicken next I think.
 
The first time I hit the stall I didn't know what was going on!! Kept checking the temp and adding more wood to the fire!!:o

Hahaha, absolutely! Thank god for the internet or my Weber would have had a whole bag of charcoal stuffed in there also.
