First and Second cook from France (18.5)

Hi everyone from north of France,

Here are some pictures from our first (salmon + cod) and second (turkey breast boneless + small pieces of pork ribs + salmon). Cook were done with my wife following recipes from this website using minion method and water in pan (i will need some time to control temperature).

Salmon was really good. On cod we could taste rub a bit more.

Turkey was moist and we made some really good turkey sandwich

Next plan is to go with longer cooks and see if we can control temperature for 6h+
