Fire up a Briskett for the 4th, first cook with my new stoker.

I just received my new Stoker (I'm stoked

) ) and I decided i would do a Briskett for tomorrow.

I have one question about using the Stoker? Do I close both the of the other dampers on the WSM?

Any other advice for using the Stoker would be appreciated.

Yes, close the other bottom vents. The Stoker and Guru are both designed to provide air to fire as needed to feed the fire. Leaving the bottom vents open circumvents that level of control.
