Well, i fired up at 10:00 am today and finished at 10;00. Took the Turkey breast off after 7 hours, the pork butt off at 10:00 and the brisket off afew minutes later. The meat was absolutely great. Hope it remains as good after warming it up for tomorrows meal. Thanks to all who gave me advice. I cannot believe how this machine holds the temperature. Never touched it for 7 hours and the temperature was 32 degres all day. Jim. i put the brisket on the bottom the pork roast above it and it kept the brisket really moist. Thanks. Jerry
