Can tongue be done on a WSM? Being a big muscle, I"m temted to believe it has very little fat content. Or is it just relegated to boiling into submission?

Thanks Jim.
I always thought tongue took a day and a half in a pressure cooker at 300' to get good results. Will give this one a try (when I can find a tongue).
