Finally got a performer


 
The ironic part is that I found one on Craigslist a few weeks ago in Daytona, about 80 miles from me. It was brick red and the person wanted 100. No phone number in ad so I emailed them like 4 times with no response....the ad is still up. Glad they never responded ;)

On the way to the grocery store to get some....well groceries, to cook on it
 
Ok, so I decided to keep it simple. I did sliders and ABT's. I wanted another vegetable side so I made a few chicken wings ;)

The performer is AWESOME. So easy to light up and I love the lid holder and not having to drag a table to my grill.

Anyway, here are some pics







I wanted a variety so I did 2 with buffalo sauce and blue cheese, 1 with bbq sauce, jalapeno cheese and bacon, and one with regular old ketchup and bacon

Here it is plated. Not the prettiest, but tasty none the less




....oh and cant forget the drink




If you like margarita's this is the closest you can get in the store to real ones
