Filleting a Salmon

Bought a whole (minus the head) salmon tonight. Any suggestions on filleting it? I looked at a couple pictures/instructions on the Internet and it looks pretty straight forward except starting the cuts. All the demos I've seen the head is still on the fish, mine's been cut off. Do I just head (no pun intended) in from where the head was and stay on top of the bones? Any help would be greatly appreciated, or if you know of a good on-line video to point me to that would be great too.

Yes. The head should have been removed properly. If not, the gill will be extant and you'll cut just to the tail side of it, straight down on diagonal, to remove this piece; then begin.

Found a vid for you. The only thing I'd add to it is this: Instead of leaving the fillet flat on the board for pinbone removal, I drape it over an overturned mixing bowl. This causes the bones to protrude better so they are more easily felt.
