Few ones...(again)

Meat stew:

Onions in a pan to sweat a bit.(ignore the carrots for now

were on the same plate as the onions)


When the onion was soft,some ground pork was added. After a while the rest of the carrots and chili/tomatoes join the fun.


Added some spices and some canned crushed maters. Let it bake @ 350f for almost 2 hours.


Then some pulled spare flaps and beans was added.



Enjoyd with some fresh baked bread.

Pork Chops:



Filled maters/pan fryed onions and chops(2 with onloy salt/pepper...And 2 with montreal spicy steak seasoning)






Thin chops on a few mins direct untill 140f

And even if the chops was thin they came out juicy and tasty:

Some leftover Meat stew:

Lasanga plates par boiled...Filled and rolled up:



Added a can of coctail maters...And some basil leafes:


Bake @ 375-400 for about 45 mins.


Added some grated cheese the last 15 min.


Served with a salad:

Daniel, excellent creativity and photos on all these meals! On the pork chop photos, what filling did you use for the tomatoes? Definitely want a large plate of all these meals!!

Everything looks excellent but I especially like the "leftover meat stew" dish. I bet that was out of this world.

great looking food. I especially like the "cheater class cannelloni". Always works well with the no-boil lasagne noodles.

The Tomatoes is filled with blue/goat cheese. Any of your favorite cheese will cut it. TThen topped with thyme(basil is better though)
 
Looks great Daniel!! Chilli errr stew looks fantastic and those lasagna rolls are making me want to play with some lasagna noodles! Well done!
