Favorite Pizza Pie

After a few dozen batches of dough...I am ok with my crust. I have read about some fine sauce recipes here as well. What I am asking for is your favorite pizza.

What few toppings on a good crust is the one you enjoy the most?

Ok, I'll go first.

Thin sliced Roma Tomatoes, sweet onion and baby Bellas plus your choice of cheese-no sauce.

Steve, like lots of veggies on mine. Onions,green peppers,olives, and fresh mushrooms. I take veggies and put them in the microwave to reduce fluid. Never had good luck with them in the oven. Top with mozzarella and provolone cheeses.

Diced chicken, crispy bacon and ranch dressing, with plenty of mozz.

Veggie - (on a thin crust); good olive oil base with fresh basil, sauteed garlic and a little fresh rosemary, then baby bellas, red bell peppers, onion, marinated artichokes, olives, provolone and parm. reggiano or pecorino cheese crushed red pepper flakes or aleppo.
