Favorite gourmet system insert?

I ordered a new Copper Performer Deluxe last week and I have been trying to decide which gourmet system insert I should buy first. Initially I was thinking the pizza stone, but am now second guessing that with the other pizza cooking items out there.

What insert(s) do you find yourself using the most?
 
I have the Performer and have the Wok and the Sear Grate. Just upgraded the Performer to a Craycort cast iron grate, so I moved the Gourmet system to my 22 inch OTG.

Definitely use the Wok a lot more, I have used it for fajitas, stir fry, etc. Not that I didn't like the Sear Grate, it put awesome grill marks on the meat, I just found it kind of small. If I were to purchase another Gourmet insert, it would probably be the griddle. (I use a Lodge Cast iron Pizza pan for pizza's, and a Weber poultry roaster for beer can chicken).
 
After doing some reading on cooking pizzas on the grill I will probably end up getting the griddle. It seems like it would be the most versatile for my needs.
