Faster Pork Butt in foil pan with Beer?


 
A while back, I saw a thread here where some guy posted a link to recipes on his site. He did pork butts at a higher temperature in a foil pan with beer.

His site had lots of recipes, and in each one, he was sure to tell you that his was the only way to cook. He also said he won several competitions with these recipes.

The guy was just a little confident/arrogant, but I've long wanted to try his pork shoulder recipe, and now I have no idea what his site is or where he posted the link.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about or have a similar recipe?

I have read several posts about this method over the years. All I have read were positive results. I hope you try it, because I've been wanting to try it for several years and always forget to do it. Please post your findings.
