Fairgrounds BBQ

We went to a Home and Garden Fair yesterday for a couple of hours. Saw this guy doing some BBQ. We'd just had a huge lunch or I would have tried some of his grub. He had some pretty good looking chicken going in the Egg. Not sure what he had in the WSM. He also had a Weber Kettle going in the back.

Is that the State fairgrounds or a local fairgrounds up there?

County. State is in Sacramento.

I stay away from the State Fair these days...last time I went (back in 96) I left heavy one RV and a $20K note, LOL

Wish they would let us little guys Q in our fairgrounds. Instead its all overpriced concessions with mediocre overpriced food.
