So after my smoke two wks ago where I did Ribs, Butt, and Brisket, I decided I need more space. So I picked up a 22.5 WSM yesterday to go a long with my 18.5. This set will be perfect!! Only suck is the lid had a chip in the finish, I called that into Weber today they asked for a photo and will then send another to me, good news is the t-stat is dead on accurate. What a shame they don't want the old lid back, that's a waste. Also picked up the Cajan bandit SS doors and 1/4" sensor grommets for both pits and a BBQ Guru Cyber Q set up, so I can finally so overnight cooks and run both pits while I sleep. Now I just need to figure out something to mount the Cyber Q onto. I may need to make a stand.

Those of you with ATC units, should I get the 6 foot or 8 foot sensor cables? I still have time to update.

Thats great !
If that was me I would keep the old (damaged ) lid just in case u want to try so mods to it like a hinge or chimney. If it does not work
out ..........oh well, you still have the good one.
Just my 2c.
Peter

PS. If you going to just trash it, I will take it off your hands..............=)

Congrats on the new toys.

The 6 foot probes work fine for me.

This is my CyberQ mount:

Bryon: Which CyberQ did you GET? I have the WiFi version. It has three food probes but only one pit probe. My understanding is that it will only control one pit at a time. YMMV.
