i thought you ment the light looking grey. if yer talkin the very dark one then thats ok. i have no problems with my wood handles. plus they just add that certain look that pleases me.

You could try painting them. I did that on my OTG with some Rustoleum HH Blk. Its held up pretty good over the yrs, though they do make some for outdoor (resin type) furniture that might bond better but not sure on how that handles HH. That's not a bad idea.![]()
