I like the english roast cut of beef cooked in a regular oven to make BBQ beef sandwiches...usually cooked slow and low with onions and spices. It comes out great with Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce.
Anyone ever smoke this cut of beef on the WSM? Maybe another cut that I should be looking at for smoking?
