Electric Knife

Do any of you guys use an electric knife for slicing brisket? Just curious what everyone is using to slice with?

Randy,

I don't use one for brisket, I have a couple of slicers. If you were cutting several flats, maybe an electric would be helpful, but I like the control of regular knife. Now, if you're cleaning a whole bunch of fish, and electric fillet knife is the only way to go!

My go to weapon for slicing.........
