Ed Mitchell (hot and fast) Spare Ribs


 
ive done bb on my gasser indirect at about 375 and took about hour and a half. Everyone loved them. i thought they were lacking smoke flavor.
 
Sorry to jump in late.
A friend of mine stood out in the rain for the Bobby Flay Throwdown show w/Ed Mitchell.
He claimed that Ed's ribs were clearly steamed or boiled before he put them on the grill.

Lot's of people do that so it's no big deal. Just not my preferred method of preparation.

Also, Ed has gotten divorced from the group that owns The Pit. He says he's going to be bringing something new to the area. should be interesting!
