Its especially the network (wifi) settings that are screwed up. I have switched between Client and AP a few times, and not really paid enough attention. Now nothing seems to work anymore, and I dont know what I accidentally did along the way.
Doing a reflash of the firmware from the WebUIshould take care of it? I did a reset configuration from the HeatMeter UI, but I guess that only resets the "BBQ-settings".
