Drying brined fish

Greetings folks,
Does anyone have any tips on drying brined fish to create the pellicle? The mrs does not like the idea of a fan blowing on racked fish in the dining room and Im afraid if I did it in the basement it would get dusty and musty with a fan going.
Any thoughts would be appreciatted,

Pat dry with paper towels first. You can then either dry on the counter or in the fridge, uncovered of course. Putting the fish on racks (like cake cooling racks) on sheetpans allows for better airflow.
 
Thanks Kevin, I will try that. Do your still get an acceptable pellicle without the moving air?
