Dragon Ribs


 
These ribs are awesome. I have always been a fan of Asian spiced food. This recipe is a keeper. I made 2 racks of St Louis style ribs this way and they are great. I am going to write the recipe down for keeps..

Those look great. Definitely going to try this. Nice blog post too.

Seems like a long cook time at those temps. I cook my bb's at 325-350 for 90 minutes and then foil for about 45 minutes more before achieving tender. Yours go about an hour longer.
