Went to set up my new WSM last nite and the insert for the bolt that connects the handle to the latch inside came out.Insert and lock fell into the bottom of the smoker,already had the coals in and ready to go,so I propped the door shut and carried on.Put my chicken on.Came inside and called Weber and they are sending me a new one.Still held steady 275 the entire time.

Never had any doubt that Weber would take care of it but was a little worried when I came home from work today and still did not have it. Went to make a beer run and found the package that was to big to fit in the mail box. Mail carrier had left it set to the side and made me very happy,now I need to decide what to cook this weekend.
